PT Shanata Pratama was established in 2006 as a part of Phintraco Group, which also has several Information & Communication Technology subsidiaries. Shanata invests in some property development businesses through its subsidiary. However, in 2017, Shanata started to focus directly on the property developer business. Shanata takes 4.234 square meters in the area between Aeon Mall and Unilever office building (CBD55-I.10) and will build a high-rise office building with around 29 floors and 40.000 square meter space.
