Brief
History
The company
started in 1991 as an authorized dealer of Panasonic Telecommunication
products such as Key Telephone Systems, PABX and Fax. In 1994 it became
an Authorized Dealer of AT&T Global Business Communication Systems
(GBCS) and in 1995 promoted to Authorized Distributor of GBCS that later
became Lucent Technologies in 1996 and became Avaya in 2000. In 2001 Phintraco
was awarded the only Silver Distributor Status for Avaya in Indonesia.
Phintraco continue to develop the CRM business as the most leading call
center and CRM solution provider in Indonesia.
To be able
to provide more complete solutions for the call center market, in 1998
Phintraco partnered up and became the Authorized Distributor of Davox
Corporation (later became Concerto). Davox was a world class provider
of Computer Telephony solutions that offered automatic dialers and advanced
customer interaction systems. For the same reasons, in 1999, Phintraco
became the Authorized Distributor of Comverse Infosys (later became Verint),
a provider of world class call center recording and quality monitoring
systems. To better serve the advanced needs of its call center customers
Phintraco partnered up and became the authorized distributor of Blue Pumpkin,
a world leader of workforce management systems.
